Solid Cast Pigging Tools
Having developed the omnithane® range of polyurethanes, Pipeline Engineering is able to offer high performance solid cast pigs manufactured from a single piece polyurethane casting.
Solid cast pigs are used mainly in small diameter lines and being moulded in one piece, they are designed to be flexible so they can traverse complex pipeline geometry.
Solid cast pigs are often used in short to medium distance small diameter pipelines and in plant pipe work with multiple changes in direction for removing products, keeping lines clear of wax or deposit build-up and pigging pipelines when metallic components cannot be considered.
