Pipeline Engineering manufacture replacement parts for all its own pigs. Many of these replacement parts can also be installed on pigs supplied by other manufacturers.
Replacement parts supplied by Pipeline Engineering include:

Replacement cups, discs, bumper noses, blades and spacer discs are made from our own Omnithane® available in three grades – standard, super and hyper – depending upon the application.
Our replacement cups and discs have been used for many years in a variety of pigging operations. They are suitable for fitting to all types of pigs and can be manufactured to suit any pipe ID. Bolt holes and centre holes can be manufactured to meet customers requirements.
Replacement brush units (both circular and spring mounted) are available in carbon steel, stainless steel and non-metalic trim.
Replacement metallic components are also available.
