Pipeline Engineering operate from a modern, state-of-the-art manufacturing centre, specially designed and set up to ensure quality products can be developed to perform in the most demanding industry environments.
Investment in specialist engineering design systems, dedicated manufacturing equipment and test facilities, enables Pipeline Engineering to meet the product design and manufacturing challenges of our customers.
Our total capability is targeted at achieving the optimum result for each project we are involved with and ensuring tight control is maintained at every stage of a contract.
Key capabilities:
Polyurethane – Moulding polyurethane products using computer controlled rapid mould manufacturing systems and mixing and dispensing equipment, ensuring consistent and high quality products.
Project Management – Managing all sizes and complexity of projects from around the world.
Technical Design – Using the latest 3D SolidWorks® CAD Modelling systems.
Machining – Where a whole range of CNC machines are linked via our computer aided Manufacturing (CAM) system to the CAD system.
Fabrication – Where a whole range of specialist equipment is fabricated to required industry codes and standards from around the world.
Hydrotesting – Where pressure retaining devices are tested prior to shipment.
Test Loops – Due to the high number of specialist pigs and inline tools we design and build, we also build and use a range of test loops where we can simulate all types of pipeline configurations, to ensure that pipeline products are fit for purpose.
Research – Where products are developed and refined to continually add extra benefits to the products and services provided to our clients.
